FRUSTRATED WITH TICKET SALES
As a fan club memeber, it is very disappointing to have Ticketmaster confirm that only a "few" track seating tickets were released to the fan club members. The closest seats available were in the upper grandstands. What was even more disappointing was to see all of the center stage, track seats being sold online before the fan club seats even went on sale. I'd love to know who had access to tickets before they were even released. I'm not impressed with how the tickets were sold through this venue. Keith... PLEASE come back to Verizon Wireless Music Center!!

What a way to end my summer
Can't wait til summer I can't think of any better way to end my summer than a Keith concert!! My seats aren't that great but, Keith does such a great job making his way around the show Hopefully he'll come close !

I feel your pain! I too was on ALL DAY Wed starting at 10:00 sharp and couldn't get decent seats! Tried again Thurs and was still offered Grandstand! I ended up ordering through TM on Friday and at least got back row on the track, left side. Keith's presales have always produced GOOD seats in the past and I don't understand why the change! They could do better!! I only hope they at least offer a Backstage Experience for this performance, not that I'll be lucky enough to win, but I'll sure as heck try!! Love Keith, anxious to see him, but disappointed in the pre-ticket sale method.

I have tried numerous times on Ticketmaster to get TRACK SEATING with my MV code and was turned down - SO DISAPPOINTED with my GRANDSTAND seats. What's up with that? What is the benefit of paying the $25 for MV Membership when you can't get the better seats during a PRE-SALE? I contacted TicketMaster and complained. All they could do was cancel my order on that day of purchasing and couldn't guarentee that I'd get anything better. I even wrote to KU Customer Service - their reply was that I had to go to TicketMaster. This is leaving a VERY BAD IMPRESSION on the fans of the artist when he has nothing to do with it. GET WITH THE PROGRAM KU EMPLOYEES AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Very Disappointed
Why do I continue to support Monkeyville fan club to get pre-sale codes when I am on ticketmaster at 10:00 am and I can only get grandstand seating. Tickets are not even available to the public until this Friday and Stubhub and Circle City Tickets is the only way to purchase track seating for $400 to $800.
I cannot even tell you how disappointed I am right now. I truly wish that Keith could read this because I am not the only true fan that this has happened too!

Presale tickets are horrible!
I am upset with the ticket presale. How are NO trackside tickets available?? Being a Monkeyville member you would think we would have access to the best seats and trackside.....What is wrong with that? Is it the State Fair lacking on their end?? I will probably sell my tickets and find better ones on stubhub closer to concert - will just have to pay tons more.

I am also dissappointed with my presale tickets. I'm higher in the grandstand than I was last year having bought them on the regular public sale date. It also doesn't help that one of my friends bought Sugarland tickets and is on 12th row on the floor. Why? I wish I hadn't ordered them!

I had a lot of trouble finding when the pre-sale tickets were going on sale and then finding my code. Disappointed that my pre-sale tickets are in the Grandstand.
