We saw Keith in Charlottesville in August, and I couldn't wait for Sugarland to get done so we could see him. Since then I have found out that I have breast cancer, and his songs have always talked about different stages of mine and my boyfriends relationship but this one really hits home for me now because now my boyfriend is the only one that could love me this way because he is standing by my side and going through everything with me. I always loved keith's songs, but now they mean even more to me. Thank you Keith

I was at the Virginia show on 8/29 and I thought it was awesome. I am not sure anyones voice can be perfect but to me Keith will always be wonderful. I never noticed any cracking. Love ya Keith! Keeley

I would say that this is my Favourite song off the Defying Gravity album! I like this music video because it really shows how much his fans mean to him and how much he means to his fans! Love It!

Dear Zansman, I am probably not the best one to respond since I have only seen Keith one time. Initially, I didn't think I was going to like his performance as much as Sugarland. Maybe it was a slow start or maybe just a different start after Sugarland getting everybody so hyped up. But, as Keith's performance went on, I was just amazed at his talent. He seemed to really feed off of the crowd's energy. I don't know how many were at the VA concert but there were about 18,000 at Knoxville. We had excellent seats which is always a bonus but a large part of it for me was his intimacy with the crowd. He made it feel like you were just sitting there hanging out with him. I did see a couple unfavorable posts and by the time Keith was out for an encore, he had some vocal "cracking". I just can't imagine how you go night after night expending that kind of energy and maintaining such strong vocals. Truly amazing. I sure hope he is okay. Not only do I think he is such an amazing talent, he seems like such a great guy. I am so glad I had the chance to catch this show.

Charlottesville, VA

I was at the Charlottesville concert and it was my third concert seeing Keith. I have to say, I was worried about him! He seemed to be very, very tired. His voice didn't sound as strong and the guys just didn't appear to be "together" like they normally are. The energy just wasn't there. Anyone else at the concert notice anything unusual? I haven't seen anything written and just hope that Keith is okay. Don't get me wrong -- an "off" Keith is still better than no Keith and he was wonderful - just different!

Live Show

I agree that Keith's Live performance will change the way you appreciate his talent. I always liked his musics but didn't become a FAN until I saw him live. Since '06 I've never missed a chance to see him live!

Amazing talent

I am awestruck by Keith Urban. Honestly, I was never much of a fan until the concert in Knoxville. That was the best concert I have ever been to. I have never seen performers become so much a part of the audience and be so welcoming. Awesome, awesome concert and what a gift he has. Thanks Keith and Sugarland for an absolutely unforgettable evening.

This is truly a beautiful song. The lyrics say so much that is true between two people who truly care, I have been married 50 yrs this summer, and I don't think I've ever heard a song that expresses what real, abiding love is until now. The video is beautifully done. Loved it.

Friends

When I first heard this song I thought it would be meant for two people in love in a romantic way. A beautiful young 32 year old lady Janice Hunt just passed away in June from Breast Cancer. Her best friend Heather said it was their song. After listening to the lyrics again and thinking of the friendship these two shared I can now see how it could be meant for two heterosexual woman that were very close and facing a terrible outcome. This song was played at the funeral on behalf of Heather and Janice.

My fiance and I had broken up and my good friend said omg you have to hear this song. My heart was breaking I missed him so much. I had him listen to this song and lets just say it brought him back to me. I know it sounds stupid but we believe this song was written for us. Best video yet. Saw him in Boston and cannot wait to see him again. Saw Kenny recently and that show does not begin to compare to Keith. I was disappointed and wish I had saved my money for another Keith concert ticket.

I just watched this video again because I love it so much. I love the shots of the fans looking up adoringly at him, and the girl holding her hand over her heart (I do that too because the song is so moving), and the shot of Keith through the heart shaped hands - awesome, the close-ups of Keith's face and hands playing the guitar, the sweat on the guitar, all of it. LOVE IT, LOVE HIM!!!

Everytime I hear this song I like it more. I actually pulled my car over the other day so I could just close my eyes and listen without any distractions. I was late for work but I was in a great mood so it was worth it.

Des Moines was the first KU concert I had floor seats for and the where right beside the B stage. So AWESOME to be right there while filming this video. I am watching over and over because I know I am in that crowd of people somewhere!!! I could see the show every week and never get tired of it. Great energy, Lots of fun!!

A "Captivating" Experience!

This is Lu. How do you do? Thank you for the Des Moines experience Keith! I had to jump through some major hoops to get to your show in Des Moines where this video was shot. A 4 hr. drive, speed warning from Iowa patrolman with the pearly whites, and the stress of having to drive back right after the show to host a party the next day for 200 guests. A priceless experience! I pulled it off, my party went great! (the Harley folks loved my pulled pork!), and thankfully, the patrolman just issued me a warning because I told him his mouth looked like the entrance to an igloo. And you pulled off a SUPER video. Thanks for including your Des Moines guests, and thanks for the "Escape". You & the band were so worth it! And please come back to St. Paul......the drive is so much less stressful for me! And St. Paul Harley loves you and we think you look really "hot" on your bike(s)!

I absolutely love this video. I love the work on the guitar and the camera angles at the concert. I went to this show in Huntsville and this really captured the tone of a KU concert even with a song this mellow. You can tell he loves this song. He is singing it to Nicole from his heart, but you can tell he means this song for the monkeys and real fans out there. FANTASTIC!!
