First, A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!(a day late, sorry!) I was so glad you sung this at the MSG, New York, show. I have been to several shows this year and hoped you would sing it live. Even though it did play at the end of your concerts, it is such a powerful and loving song I knew you would sing it with great emotion, as you did, and the fact that you dedicated it to your wife that night, gave me goosebumps!!
I also want to thank you for the gift of ALL your music. It seems to all come from the heart, and it has always helped me get through some rough times.

Thank You is just one of those songs that you cannot let escape without making it into a single. It would be so powerful in concert. Caught you twice in Saskatoon this year and you said in the BSE it had been rehearsed but not sung in concert. Summer, If Ever and Thank You are my fav songs from this cd, but again, this is a great album and I just like to lose myself in how good all the songs are. I am amazed each time I see you or hear your music how much I like ALL of it, how heartfelt you sing and how talented you are. Guitar and ganjo are not enough, and you are back on the piano again. Never take your abilities for granted or let anyone, including yourself, lessen or diminish what you have. You just get better each time I see you perform. LUV your music up here - maybe you could do a Canadian swing every year.... Oh, and Happy Birthday. Hope Sunday liked the S shoes.

Keith I met you many years ago in Tamworth at the Country Music Festival when you were performing with The Ranch. You signed my cd and I have a photo standing behind you and the guys which I treasure. Ever since I saw you perform at West Leagues I was hooked. In 2000 I went to Nashville FanFair and found you performing in an underground club and you did a tribute song to Slim Dusty as well as performing with Richard Marx. That gig was AWESOME!!! I could not understand why you weren't signed yet as I just knew that one day that America would realise how sensational you are and that all your hard work would pay off and you would finally get your music out to the world. Well done for never giving up. You had a dream, you fought some battles but you came through the other side stronger, wiser and still as humble as ever.
The last two times you toured Melbourne I have been unable to attend due to firstly being heavily pregnant and then the second one having just had my second baby (I was devastated as in hindsight I could have attended both!)
So this time I have joined your fan club, got sensational seats 7 rows from the front for your "Rod Laver Arena - Melbourne show on 12/12/09" and I am bringing along my husband and best friend and we cannot wait!
If you do read this message, I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT if you would play "My Heart Is Open" in Melbourne. I know you already have your set list but this would mean the world to me, I just love this song on your new album. I might make a sign too (have never done anything like that before but I am willing to try anything for you to get my message!)
