Hey everyone. Let me introduce myself. My name is Jeff Johnson.

I've been traveling with Keith now for almost four years taking behind the scenes video and meet and greet photos. Many of you may have met me or seen me on the road. I'm basically the one responsible for Keith "connecting" visually with Monkeyville. I also directed and edited the GAC TV show "Ultimate Keith Urban Fans".

This tour I'm going to do something really exciting for all of you. I'm going to be posting a daily blog from what is happening on the road. It will consist of short videos, many photos, stories and an exclusive look into our daily lives on the road. So if you see me around come say hey, you might just make it on the daily blog!! May 5th, 2009 - Uncasville, CT

Well, here we go. The first entry.
Today is the day the tour officially begins. We all arrived in Uncasville yesterday afternoon after spending three weeks in Nashville rehearsing for this tour. There is an excitement here, I think it's because we're all ready to get to work and "bring the rock to the people" (Jerry Flowers quote). Ha!

This morning marks the first load in. We have 60 crew guys / gals and about 100 local crew piecing it all together. As you can imagine, it's a madhouse.
